Ninth Circuit Amicus Brief filed on behalf of the Williams Institute

I am very happy to support the Williams Institute in filing a Ninth Circuit Amicus Brief. The brief highlights the harms to the LGBTQ community caused by healthcare providers' discriminatory religious objections to necessary healthcare provision, and opposes the Trump Administration's new HHS Rule about such religious exemptions.
